Upon moving to Indy with Lilly in 1999, I bought a new house. Aero was recommended so about 6 weeks before house was done, I met with their rep to order wood blinds & draperies. Items didn't arrive until 2 weeks after I moved into house (8 weeks total) & Aero wouldn't install any of the order until all items had arrived. I couldn't even get them to return my calls or provide temp paper blinds. Lazy careless service. Avoid them like the plague.
