At over $300 per night, you think you could expect a comparable service level. However, the Grand Victorian Hotel fails in every way possible.
We booked a ""suite"" with two full size beds to sleep 4 people but found that it was much too small to be comfortable. The bathroom shower was approximately 2' x 2' with either very hot or very cold water and little water pressure.
The worst part was when I realized I left my eyeglasses in the room. I called the hotel (6 hours after I left; they didn't have the courtesy to call and notify me that they found my glasses), and they were very difficult and unhelpful. I ended up scheduling a pickup with FedEx.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless I wanted them to have an awful experience.
