We lived as tenants in a single family home managed by Marling. Our experience was that they were very difficult to contact on routine basis and slow to make repairs. While we had no item break that required immediate response, some simple repair items took weeks or months to resolve. On several occasions we had to bypass the management company and directly contact the owners.
