Mmm, veal stew. It warmed my heart. This is a place which has transformed the now defunct Beach House into a stroll down the St. Germain. I wanted to sample the entire menu, from the cassolet to the french press coffee. The food just keeps on getting better and better. The service was snappy and knowledgable about the menu. The only thing lacking in a sommelier, taste vin around his neck, sipping from the massive wine list.
I can't wait for The Brass Cap Cookbook.
Pros: Veal Stew, Best Coffee in LA, Sheer Beauty
