We had to take down many trees last year because of the danger they presented to the safety of our house. Old, brittle trees dropping limbs or pulling up from the roots and threatening to drop on our house left us little choice.
After the lumbermen removed the trees and took what they wanted, it left us with a huge mess of twisted tree limbs and tops. It took us till this spring to sort out the usable firewood from the treetops and clean up the mess they left.
This is where we ended up with piles of tree tops and brush that we had considered burning to dispose. But the amount was huge. So we decided to call several brush removal services to get estimates on having it mulched and removed.
