I have been very pleased with the customer service that I have received at Office Max. I recently purchased a sale product there. When I got home and opened up what I had purchased, I was very unhappy with what I had ended up with. I went back, told them of my problem and they were more than happy to work with me. I left very satistified and ready to go back again.
