Michaels is crammed with lots of wonderful craft items. The only problem is that the store seems to be 1/2 the size it should be for all of those items! It's hard to get around some of the aisles even with a small cart. Shelves sometimes have too many items on them which leads to a big jumble of stuff that's impossible to find items in. I think they would be better served to have a couple staff members facing products and straightening shelves during store hours.
Lines are usually on the long side, but the staff is pretty friendly and helpful.
Overall a great place for crafting supplies, if you can find what you're looking for!
PROS: Good selection, good sales, friendly staff.
CONS: Messy, can be crowded, long lines.
