Michael's arts and crafts has some good sales and unbeatable prices on some items. They also have a plethora of art kits for kids and project kits, they even offer classes. But they lack a good, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Their employees are not trained on the various arts and crafts and have little clue if you need advice or direction. It's like the walmart of the art world.
