I've called this store on two occasions to see if they stocked an item. The first time the lady clearly was annoyed but at least answered my question. The second, I was left on hold for 17 minutes and then disconnected. When I called back and asked for the manager, told her what happened, she put me on hold again and gave me to the same person that had hung up on me the first time. I called the 800 number and told them of the poor service and was told a district manager would contact me. No one ever did. The only time I'll shop there now is if they have a 40% coupon and it's something I can't find anywhere else.
