I have been going to this walgreens for about 20 years and I truely believe that the customer service in the pharmacy department has been becoming less and less sincere as well as less caring. I feel that most people take medications for a need as opposed to a want and most of the pharmacists as well as the others that work in this department show very little compassion and sympathy for the customers that are in pain or are very sick.
PROS: convenience and open 24 hours
CONS: not friendly
