I went with my mother to buy a Toilet Seat and first off you can not find somebody there who can help you.And when you do they point you in the direction but they do not take you to the item.We got the toilet seat finally took it home and it wasnt screwing in on the one side so we took it back and got another one,went back home same thing happened .Went back again told someone in another department about it they said I don't know maybe the shipment is a bad Lot.So we bought a diffrent brand all together.I will not go back to that store .Need to train personnel better.
