You can't go into Marc's looking for something specific. It's a bit like going to Big Lots, but for your groceries. However, you're pretty much guaranteed to find a bargain. It might not be the precise brand you're looking for, but it'll be a deal. Also, they carry various and sundry household items in a somewhat larger department than grocery stores normally do.
PROS: great prices, large selection
CONS: selection is random, store isn't the best laid out
