i signed up for their new all in one service, but then cancelled it the very next day. they had taken a payment over the phone, but have yet to refund it. it has been over 3 weeks of calling, being on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. this is horrible customer service and now i will never consider them in the future, and would reccomend everyone else to do the same. PROS: CONS: horrible cust. service , very slow more
