The problem with Firestone is not the work they do on your car, it is their tendency to discover other, much pricier procedures that supposedly need to be done. Even something small as an oil change seems to balloon into a five-hundred dollar crisis that other auto repair shops can't find. I often wonder if the staff is paid commission for every procedure they recommend. I do not trust this business at all.
