This agent, while being a nice person, charges way too much money for standard policies. I was a customer for over 5 years, never making a claim. My rates continued to go up. I recently decided to shop around for a better rate for my car and home policies, and found several deals, some deals were much, much cheaper. For the same coverage, I now pay 50% less premiums.

CONS: Too friendly - makes you uncomfortable - high rates
