I was a customer with this particular agent for a few years. I called a few times last year trying to get additional information about increasing my policy. I left three messages and never got a return phone call. This was out of character for my usual agent but no matter how many times I called, I never got a call back. When I finally cancelled with Allstate to transfer to everything to State Farm, the receptionist didn't even ask why I was leaving. She just said ok and told me what I needed to do to cancel my policies. I was very disappointed after being a good customer for such a long time.
