I really like the fact that the store is always clean and easy to navigate when looking for a particular book/magazine. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. The best feature is the cafe that is located within the store. You can sip your favorite hot beverage while reading a good book. Another nice feature is that if they don't have the book you are looking for, then they can check the stock in another nearby store and contact them so they can hold the book for you.
