A pharmacy employee called me back unexpectedly. Earlier in the day I called because I was in desparate need for a prescription for a child in our home. I was told that the prescription had not yet been called in by our doctor & that I should contact the physicians office the next business day. Later that night the employee called me to let me know that the prescription was available. I was so thankful that she remembered me & took time that wasn't expected to let me know. This was an urgent need & she went ABOVE & BEYOND.
