I did not have a good experience with this shop. They were on a short list of body shops provided to me from the insurance company of the guy who rear-ended me, so I went to them because I thought they would be convenient.
They did not repair my car to the way it was before the accident, and in fact messed a bunch of stuff up.
I ended up incurring an additional $5,000 worth of repair work at a 2nd body shop to fix the shoddy job done by R&M.
They look like they do a better job with tractor trailers than they do with cars, so if you have a rig you might still want to consider them.
