Did not make a reservation, which was a mistake.
Arrived at 7:45 and was told a 35-40 minutes wait.
At 9:00 checked again and was told a table would be free in 15 minutes.
Checked again at 9:20 - there was no table. And again at 9:30. Walked into teh restaurant and indeed there was none.
Asked the front-desk clerk and was told that we had turned down a table (we hadn't) and that he would not seat us because we were now complaining.
When asked if he ever intended to seat us, or if he was just wasting our time it was clear that he had never intended to seat us and was clearly wasting out time.
