I've heard a lot about DiLac and landed there today by default, but will definitely go back many more times. The shredded ""pork"" and boiled ""shrimp"" in the fresh spring rolls had the perfect texture and taste. The BBQ pork/char sui in the chow fun was delicious! Dilac serves delicious Vietanmese and Chinese dishes with delicate, clean delicious tasting ""meats"" and ""seafoods"" that aren't masked in sauces or oils which many meat and ""meat"" serving restaurants too often do.
