Rochelle Gravance is an expert personal trainer with a depth of knowledge of the body. She can help with an injury, weight loss, or general toning. Many personal trainers will run you through the same routine each session. Not Rochelle. Her philosphy is based on keeping the body working through variety. I hired Rochelle for a series of weight-training sessions and she taught me numerous workout routines, plus ways to vary them. I can work out with confidence now, and look forward to occasional tune-up sessions with Rochelle. You won't find a better trainer than Rochelle.
