Horrendous experience:
1) waitress was friendly but totally unsupervised with no training on the menu items
2) nachos should be renamed chili and cheese (Nothing Else)
3) salad quality - this is a grill, but they opted to lay batter fried chicken strips (the kind you can get the grocer and throw in the nuker) over the top
4) Chips on the side costs $10.
5) Bread is so stale and hard it crumbles into bits on the table. Food for the homeless maybe.
Needless to say, I will not return unless the OSG is under different management, has better prices, and serves food that actually has flavor and pizazz.
OPPORTUNITY LOST, I work right down the street and live nearby and was wishing that this was going to be my personal find to share with friends and family-- Until things change drastically, I will save myself the embarassment.
Pros: Curb Appeal, Rm for Improvement, Could be nice
Cons: Cheap quality, High Prices, Bad management
