I got a tip from a long time local about this place. The food was excellent - not greasy, not too salty, and very flavorful. The fresh Chinese broccoli was served without any oily sauce. The salt & pepper stir fried fresh flounder was also superb. The steamed chicken was served with a tasty gravy which went very well with steamed rice. Service was a bit scattered, although always with a smile. The customers appeared to be mostly Vietnamese Americans, which may be why the Chinese food is served with less oil and brighter flavors. Three of us ate heartily for $40 plus tip.
Pros: not oily, very affordable
Cons: scattered service
