I moved from San Diego to Liberty Lake about 3 years ago. The only thing I really missed was good mexican food. You won't find any of those pre-formed taco shells at Los Sanchez. The Carne Asada is REAL grilled beef steak and tastes great! If you dare, try the Tacos De Lengua (beef tongue). You won't regret it, but, you have to ask for them, they're not on the menu. The salsa bar is VERY good and offers a wide variety of flavors. If you miss Robertos, you'll be pleased with Los Sanchez. Not identical, but close enough. There's a new one in Spokane on Sprague.
