I was there as a guest, so I didn't send back my entree -- it had about 5 mussels on it, and none of them had opened. That means they're _bad_, and it's shocking that a plate was delivered to the table that way.
The ambience is lovely, and aside from serving unsafe shellfish, the service excellent. The food was fairly good, but not up the standard that I'd expect at those prices. I think they subscribe to the ""1 stick of butter per serving"" rule of thumb, because everything was too rich. The crab cakes were swimming in a rich cream sauce, and a crab cake shouldn't need that.
