My boyfriend and I have been to Afloat Sushi three times and each time has been amazing. The sushi chefs are wonderful and bust out huge, fresh, mouth watering slabs of sushi every time. The staff is great, but can be a little slow at times. If you go definitely wait to sit at the sushi bar, it is so fun and you can pick whatever you like right off the boats, no waiting time! The chefs monitor the sushi so it doesn't go bad. I highly recommend the honey walnut shrimp tempura roll! You can order anything off the menu you don't see and their chicken teriyaki is a large portion and delicious as well. It gets packed in the evening and is a great atmosphere. The banana tempura dessert and green tea ice cream are both delicious. I always leave stuffed but still wanting more!
Pros: floating sushi bar, fresh sashimi/sushi, fun crowd
Cons: staff slow at times
