I stood at the counter while others were waited on in front of me. Then when I got my order it was not what I ordered and the price was wrong. When I went back to the counter I had to wait again and the cashier ""told"" me in front of other customers that the wrong order was ""my fault."" The only worse McDonalds I've eaten at is at the triagle on Hwy 29 in Concord. McDonalds in general seems to be forgetting who the customer is.
