Boma has a large variety of buffet foods are served including barbecued salmon, prime rib, and accompanying vegetables and potatoes indigenous to different regions of Africa. The food is very tasting and not all that ""out there"" if you are not into eating strange foods. They also have good desserts including chocolate domes and they have a kids serving station with chicken tenders and the like. The one bad thing is that the buffet line quickly gets long at the entrance but they do have plates stationed along the line that make for somewhat easier second trips. Also, if you like a particular item, just let your server know and they will happily email you the recipe.
