I went to Fry's because I had a problem with my new digital camera. I showed them what was wrong with my camera, and left it there. Once I got it back, I noticed it wasn't charging....the battery was missing. I called Fry's and they said they aren't responsible for ""extras"" with my camera. Worse, I asked to speak with a manager, and they put me on hold for 30 minutes! When I called the customer service department back, there was no answer! I even stopped by there to talk to someone and they told me there was no manager there at the time. I have called back many times, and just get the ""run-around."" Because of their stupidity, I have to buy another battery for my camera! They are very expensive! Needless to say, I will NOT be buying it at Fry's. FRY'S IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!!
Cons: poor customer service, long waits, un-trustworthy staff
