I live in Boston and I've lived in New York City... I've been to New Orleans, LA, SF, London, Paris, and Spain..... this is my favorite restaurant in the world....
The BEST food in the world... I love the alligator appetizers (don't be scared... tastes a lot like chicken picatta) and the fried green tomatoes. The Trout Long Beach and Gaston Point Chicken are excellent... always try the specials. The red velvet cake is just sinful.
I love that you can arrive dressed to the nines or in overalls and they won't turn you away. I love watching the sunset while dining and I love the staff... their southern accents feed my appetite.
