If you can get an appointment to board your pet, then you are doing well because they constantly tell you to book way way in advance for the honor to have your pet with them. Remember that they have a pick up of 11AM. We were running late and they charged a full day for being 1 hour late and proceeded to lecture us, while still making us pay. If you would like better customer service, you might want to consider somewhere else.
