The only problem I seem to keep having is with the hours of operation. I have family coming in from Texas a lot and they are always wanting to come there and get beignets. Well, I can never remember the hours ( I know I should write them down), but they are hard to see from the road and with the location, you have to walk a ways to get to the door just to see the hours (I am not lazy, just have a child on my hips..haha). Also, I thought if the hours were listed on a one way machine when someone calls and the station is closed or even on a webpage, like this one..that would be great. Otherwise, we love the beignet station.
