I love my Cingular phone and the service but this service center is poor. You have a very long wait before someone speaks to you. When they do, they are interrupted and seem to be doing three things at once. They never gave me me a satisfactory answer to my question. Cingular phones tend to "die" about the time your contract is up so you either have to buy an expensive phone or sign another two year contract.
