I have bought two computer laptops and the accompanying software through Best Buy. One of my laptops I had to have repaired recently. I was able to take it to Best Buy rather than send it out to be serviced. I found the salesmen and the repair service technicians to be friendly, courteous, and informative. I received my hardware the same day as the sale and when I had my laptop serviced they were prompt in returning it to me. I recommend them as a computer source.
