I took my sister who was from out of town to Andrea's for lunch. The place was so stuffy like grandma's closet. Everyone in there was over 50 wearing suits and ties. The service was slow and astonishingly horrid. The food was average....I'm being generous here. My pasta was too salty and my sister's pasta was more like a soup. We left feeling like we were robbed in daylight. I was so embarrassed to take her there. I kept bragging how wonderful the restaurants in New Orleans were. Word to the masses.....I would recommend Irene's and 1179 for good Italian food and friendly down to earth service.
