The Barnes & Noble in the Emery Bay mall is really quite nice. It's two levels, and an escalator is right in the middle of the store so you can see the rows of books and such. The magazine section downstairs is pretty massive, and you'll find people comfortably planted around the store reading them - or browsing books. The second level has more books and a cafe, and the cafe area has a nice little cozy fireplace. This is a popular spot but never feels over crowded.
PROS: Big and spacious.
CONS: might have to pay for parking
