I think this really applies to the whole company of sprint and not just this store. They have good service, moreso than Cingular did, but everytime I went into the store to sign up for a plan no one was interested in helping me. I knew what plan and what phone I wanted and I had to pretty much pounce on one of the workers to get some attention.
PROS: Good phone service
CONS: Expensive plans and bad customers service
