I was with Planet Organics for over 2 years, and saw the produce quality and value get worse as they tried to offer more groceries. I went on an extended vacation, so put my account on hold. When I returned, I started up again; out of the first four deliveries made upon my return, 3 of them had issues that required my account to be credited. When I decided to leave, I was told that some people were more comfortable shopping in a grocery store - so it was my fault for being inflexible! Now they keep harassing me with email trying to get me back! Check out Organic Express - they've been great to me since I left Planet Organics.
