The baristas are very serious about making quality esspresso, and delicately steamed milk.. not hot milk, not dry foam. The art of preparation is like a religion here. This is rare ina world surrounded by Starbucks with superautomated machines, and where sweet flavored syrups replace the natural sweetness of well prepared natural ingredients. Onsite roasting is fun to watch.
