As an executive traveller, I've had great food all over the world but the Raleigh food scene was always pretty plain and so-so same. Wow is this different. Lots of small plates with incredibly interesting choices and a fantastic wine list. We had the goat cheese, tomato, and mustard greens and the octopus stew for starters. Then we had the emu and and whole trout. For sides we had the greens with prosciuto and lobster risotto. All of it was perfectly spiced and flavorfull. Just incredible. Then surprise! the desserts were as good as the meal -- an incredibly rich chocolate cake and a rosemary pine nut tart that was one of the best desserts I've ever tasted. Hats off to chef, who came out to talk to us between courses. We'll be back here again and again.
