We are new to SLC and have been trying out restaurants in the Sugar House area. The BBQ at this restaurant is as good as it gets; even better than the famous Arthur Bryants in Kansas City. The brisket is really tender and lean, and the pork ribs are superb. The cornbread is dense and not the kind that crubles the moment you try and butter it. The cole slaw is above average, and the cucumber salad is great. The potato salad is just average. Portions are fair sized but not enormous. The price is very fair for what you get; the brisket sandwich is only $5.50.
Pros: quality, fair price, deecnt sized portions
