My friend and I went for dinner at the Capital grill from the recomendation of our limo driver. Having dined at other locations, we expected a truely quality experience, and it did NOT pay out. We waited for our table for over half a hour, my steak was thoroughly overdone, all of our order was never delivered to the table, and there was a fiasco with a lobster I won't even bother explaining! Management was very good about appeasing us after the evening was thoroughly damaged.
