Cape Cod's best beach 5/15/2005

The restaurant features one of the best raw bars we've seen - the local oysters and littlenecks couldn't be fresher, or tastier. The menu offers fish 'n chips, fried clams, yummy chowder, lobster, etc. etc. This is one of the main reasons we go to Cape Cod - to gorge ourselves on all of the seafood we can eat! The frozen drinks (mudslides and margaritas) are the perfect thirst quencher on a hot day. The atmosphere during the day is casual (many people come right off the beach), and the attentive and friendly staff go out of their way to make your experience there an enjoyable one. The croud is a mix of families, couples, and singles. At night the place rocks with some of the areas best bands. (usually starts around 10pm) We've seen Dick Dale, Toots and the Mayals, and Burning Spear, to name a few. Pros: raw bar, service, beach Cons: parking (sometimes), hard hike up the hill more
