I have been coming here for 3 years now and before that when it was Azar's. There was little change between the two, and I always have gotten the enchilada omlet. Azar made a better omlet in that he drained the meat. The only thing wrong with the omlet is the grease from the seasoned beef. If Carlos would just fix this one problem I would have to say the omlet would rank 5 stars. The potatos are very generous and the sauce and cheese poored over the omlet is just scrumptuous. The waitress' are efficient with experience. The setting is from the 80s and is in line with expectations.
Pros: value, omlet, service
Cons: greasy meat
