Louis 106 should not call themselves a fine dining restaurants. The absolutely horrible service at this restaurant completely ruined what should have been a joyous occasion for me and my family. I came to Louis for my graduation from UT with a large group of people. We were made to wait a long time for our table (even though we had reservations) and after being seated, we saw no waiter at our table for about 15 minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager, the owner of the restaurant was provided. He was the rudest, most unaccomodating man I have ever met. I work in the restaurant industry and his treatment of me was disgusting - He made me cry at my own graduation dinner! He never even came up to our table to see how we were doing after we complained to him! Fine dining?-I don't think so!!
