I had a horrible experience here. For some reason, they can't keep the same manager there. I took my son for his one year pictures, and none of them came out. When I went to pick them up, two days after their due date, they were not there, and no one had called me to tell me what happened. The service at the time was horrible. I know they are trying to make things better there, but I won't be back any time soon.
