Overall I have been happy with the dial-up service we've gotten from them. It would be nicer if we could get some kind of faster connection, but there doesn't seem to be any way yet since we live miles out of town. There service has gone down from time to time, and we have had problems with spam/filtering in the e-mail service, but they've usually been fairly easy to deal with about any problems we've had.
