This office is like no other office. I think they try to do everything they can to help you forget you are there for a dental appoinment. The waiting area is like a living room. They greet you with a smile and offer you something to drink ( water, juice, cola) Dr. Bock is not your stuffy, scary, clinical kinda dentist. ( I guess he is a musician and painted all the art work on the office walls) The girl who cleaned my teeth was very friendly and explained everything to me. As far as the insurance goes the woman up front processed all the paper work. It was the most relaxing appointment I have ever had. It seems to me the people at Cityview Dental really enjoy helping people and try to have fun doing it AND THAT WORKS FOR ME :)
Pros: on time, informative, street parking
Cons: I had a cavity :(
