There was no other customer in the store when we walked yet two staff members at the door did not even ask us what we need, they pretty much ignored us (no greeting or anything else). When we asked for our parts they didn't have it even if their website said the product was in stock. They had many similiar products but they didn't bother to guide us. A staff member should have said "we don't have that but this is what we have" right away only after we searched for 5 minutes in the store they told us what else they have more
